Biocomposites gains MDR certification for STIMULAN® Rapid Cure and STIMULAN® Kit

Biocomposites, an international medical devices company that engineers, manufactures and markets world leading products for use in infection management in bone and soft tissue, has secured European Union Medical Device Regulation (MDR) certification for its STIMULAN® products. The approval confirms that STIMULAN® can be mixed with vancomycin, gentamicin and tobramycin, and the combination of vancomycin with either tobramycin or gentamicin, to assist in the treatment of infection in bone and surrounding soft tissue.
