• British Business Bank commits €25 million to EQT Life Science’s Health Economics 3 Fund dedicated to commercial stage medtech and digital health technologies 

• Andera Partners raised €430 million for its Ander Expansion IV fund to invest in companies leading the way on ESG issues 

• Asabys Partners joined The European Life Science Coalition (ELSC) as an Associate Member, alongside existing members Novo Holdings, Sofinnova Partners, Omega Funds, and Forbion to strengthen Europe’s biotech ecosystem.  

• Lazio Innova, Novo Holdings, BioInnovation Institute (BII) and Panakes Partners launch BII Catalyst Fund I with €20 million to invest in early-stage therapeutics startups in Italy 

• Fresenius Group launched Fresenius Ventures, its own corporate venture capital fund, to invest more than €200 million in healthcare startups over the next five years 

• Dimension closed its third fund ‘Dimension III’, at $800 million, to invest in startups working at the intersection of biotechnology and artificial intelligence 

• Evidenced closed its inaugural Fund I at $24 million to back health tech startups 

• Genesys University Seed Fund launches with $30 million to invest in Ontario-based life science startups
