Novo Holdings to acquire Benchmark Genetics, a leader in aquaculture genetics
On Monday, the Novo Holdings Planetary Health Investments team announced that it has agreed to acquire the Norwegian fish genetics company Benchmark Genetics from Benchmark Holdings plc for an enterprise value of up to £260 million.
