Resolution Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company pioneering engineered Regenerative Macrophage Therapy (RMT) in inflammatory and fibrotic diseases, announced positive interim six-month data from its Phase I/II EMERALD trial evaluating RTX001, an investigational autologous engineered RMT, in patients with end-stage liver disease (ESLD). The data is being presented as a late-breaker at AASLD The Liver Meeting® on November 8, 2026, at 1:00–2:00 p.m. MST (8-9pm GMT).

The Novo Nordisk Foundation announces a new research initiative that will utilise AI to optimise Nordic energy grid capacity
The Novo Nordisk Foundation is awarding up to DKK 100 million (EUR 13.3 million) over four years to establish AI4GRIDS, a Nordic research initiative led by universities in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The aim of the project is to optimise the use of the existing Nordic energy grids, thus enabling the safer and smoother integration of renewable and weather-dependent energy sources such as wind and solar power.
