GDPR Commitment

On May 25, 2018, a new European Union (EU) data protection law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),takes effect. The GDPR gives individuals in the EU more control over how their data is used and places certain obligations on businesses that process information of those individuals.

Optimum Strategic Communications is fully committed to complying with the GDPR.

What are we doing?

In preparation for GDPR, we reviewed and updated, where necessary, all internal processes, procedures, systems and documentation to ensure that we are compliant with GDPR by its effective date.
